This is what I take for longevity. My first 6 months on this slowed my pace of aging by 8 %. Consider buying one year at a time to save. I mix this into 32 oz of water or a serving of plain yogurt and make sure to finish before 2pm or I'm too energized to get to bed at 9pm.

Skin and health care

I've used this as my moisturizer for nearly 17 years now. It's perfect for the dry desert, but can a bit heavy. You have to use it sparingly - patting it on all over and then rubbing in. But if I head to more humid climates I'll use the lite version listed below. 

I use this when I travel to places that are more humid - especially when I lived in Dubai where the humidity could reach 93%. 

Use this under your moisturizer every morning. It's a great way to brighten your skin. I've used this for over 20 years now. 

I love this no nonsense affordable cleanser. 

I just found this moisturizer and it's quickly become my favorite. It's been brilliant for the dry desert. 

I've recently cleaned up my daily routine. I thought finding a body moisturizer would be near impossible for this dry desert - but no. Lady May strikes again. This vanilla scented moisturizer is the balm for life here. 

I was lucky to find this brand in when I was living in Doha and I'm so happy they sell here in the States now. I love this toothpaste!

Books to live by 

Dr. Fitzgerald is brilliant! I bought both he audible version and a hard copy so I can refer to it again and again. If you're serious about how to slow your pace of aging with diet, this will be your bible. 

This extends the work of her Younger You program. It's where I found "Christmas in a Cup" in their Greens Latte made with Sweet Bone Broth. I make this for everyone and some have even been brought to tears of joy (loving you Sierra ;-)

If you need the clear reason why to work out and how to frame your mindset about your activities, this is the book to read and reread. When I joined the gym after reading this, they asked what I was training for. I think he chuckled a but when I replied, "old age." But framing my work in the gym like this has helped me let go of that 12 weeks to a beach body mindset. I've been steadily work at old age for 2 years now consistently.
